Have a special role in delivering the services that matter to our homeowners.
Not only must you be able to do a good job, you must also be able to get on with our homeowners and be a key point of contact for the overall service.
You will be on site more than anyone else in delivering the service and as such the homeowners will want to talk to you.
Furthermore, homeowners will comment direct to us at Ethical Maintenance and through the standard of your work as it progresses.
To this end we look to you to be passionate about your work and keen to provide a service to the community. You will be appointed by the homeowners at a community meeting before you start work.
You may have even been recommended by the homeowners. For those looking to work with our communities, you must:
Have a track record of delivering a competent job, on time, tidily and safely
Be able to liaise with homeowners and attend community meetings to speak for your work
Have the appropriate training and certification for the work
Carry the required level of insurance for the work you do
Looking for the right company to work with?
Need a sentence here aimed specifically at contractors.
In providing services to Ethical Maintenance’s communities, please download the documents for guidance. If in any doubt about what you should be doing, ask the site manager.
